These Terms of Service govern your use of KDP Plumbing's services. By scheduling or accepting service from KDP Plumbing, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before we begin any work.
KDP Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Norco, Corona, Riverside, and surrounding areas in Riverside County, California. Services include, but are not limited to: water heater installation and repair, drain and sewer cleaning, slab leak repair, bathroom and kitchen plumbing, repiping, water filtration systems, and emergency plumbing.
Estimates are provided before work begins whenever possible. Written estimates are binding for the described scope of work. If unforeseen conditions are discovered during a job that affect cost (such as hidden pipe damage or structural obstructions), we will stop and inform you before continuing. You have the right to approve or decline additional work before it is performed.
Diagnostic and trip fees may apply for service calls. These fees will be disclosed before your appointment is confirmed.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins; deposit terms will be specified in your written estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. In the event collection efforts are required, you agree to pay reasonable attorney fees and collection costs.
KDP Plumbing warrants the workmanship on all services for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in the work we performed. It does not cover:
To make a warranty claim, contact us at (951) 833-3006. We will assess the issue and schedule a return visit at no charge if the problem is covered under this warranty.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will do our best to arrive within the agreed time window. If we need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice on a confirmed appointment may result in a trip fee charge.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, including shutting off water if requested prior to our arrival. Animals should be secured away from the work area for the safety of both your pets and our crew. You are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings before we arrive.
If access is not available at the scheduled time through no fault of ours, a trip fee may apply.
Some plumbing work requires permits under California law. Where required, KDP Plumbing will obtain the necessary permits. Permit fees will be itemized in your estimate. We do not perform permitted work without pulling the required permits.
KDP Plumbing's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to property not directly related to our scope of work, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
KDP Plumbing is a licensed and insured plumbing contractor in the State of California. Proof of license and insurance is available upon request.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
